SolidXperts Broadens Reach in Quebec with Acquisition of Instadesign Group’s CAD division
Montreal, Quebec – SolidXperts, a leading provider of Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE software solutions, as well as additive manufacturing technology, has announced its acquisition of Instadesign Group’s CAD division, a company in the same industry, as well as a strategic partnership with their Technical Service Division. The acquisition and partnership are expected to significantly expand SolidXperts’ customer base and enhance its product and service offerings.
